It shoots, it scores!

Spring garlic I planted in the garden, last fall, is sprouting well, as seen here, enjoying the warm afternoon sun.

Life is good.

Now that is Beautiful! We planted and harvested 4 varieties of garlic last year, it was so good.
Can not wait for more this year. Oh and the scapes, yum!

Yea I went to the garden this weekend and found my wintered over garlic also sprouting.

Have you tried recipes using the garlic scapes? A gal had them, and recipes, at the farmers' market last spring...I loved them!
