This place

We don't have cable, who needs television when you've got the real deal happening through any screen aka window around this old farmhouse? There is a unique view no matter what the direction, and I can conjure up a dozen images from any angle in my mind faster than Ember can escape out the door undetected but our western view, if  you hadn't guessed by now, is hands down my favourite. No matter what kind of day I've had, this is the icing on the cake. It's too pretty to eat and for once, maybe that's a good thing because really there isn't any other place I'd rather be.

I'm with you! We don't have cable or satellite service either and I haven't missed it. I would MUCH rather be outside or looking outside my windows than watching the garbage that's on TV.

You do have a beautiful view! I'm so glad you do not take it for granted.

Is that where the saying came from? "Home Sweet Home"

As much as I love the location of our home, our sunsets are pretty well blocked by the trees. Yours are wonderful!

With all that brilliant beauty? I'd dispense with the TV too. :)

Gorgeous! And isn't this how "home" should feel? Like the place you want to be the most, that makes you happy, filled with "your" people and pets? I know mine does :)
