The girl next door

Meet the girl next door, Sequoia.
Like Callie, she too is a border patrol guard.

She's also one cool customer.

I guess you have to be when you're the girl next door.
She's also a little on the, shall we say, quiet side?

So quiet in fact, I often forget that she's our neighbour.

Howdy Neighbour!
But quiet, stealth like behaviour is good

'cause you have to vewy, vewy quiet

when you're hunting wabbits and bad guys
or watching the other girl next door make a complete fool of herself.

~Be well friends~

Sweet. I get a kick out of watching animals and dogs & cats can put on a act. Nice pics, beautiful dogs.

Love the last shot -- it's like "yeah, I'm all that!" :) Gorgeous doggies.

What a very pretty Husky???? I'm guessing. Do the neighbours ever get the opportunity to hang out up close and personal or do they just gaze across the yard at one another? Callie looks ready to rumble!

Looks like she is saying. "Yeah, whatever!"
Zeke is the big silent type, too! But, the girls?
Sadie-Louise and Baby Girl...yip, yap!

Happy Thursday, friend!

Our Boder collie is the one that makes a fool out of herself when she runs the fence trying to play with the neighbors dog. She's a hyper little thing...

I love posts about pups! This is the 3rd one today I've seen today! There must be some puppy love going around, and why not? They are wonderful!!

She must be really well trained to just sit over there watching Callie and her antics! My dogs aren't so well behaved and would be all over Callie, romping in the snow, in a heart beat!

Two beautiful dogs. I am sorry to say Winslow Homer is a very verbal dog, the word "quiet" is uncomprehendible to him. Have the twins been skating on the pond yet this season?

So sweet. Isn't it funny that you can just see what they're thinking?

Oh that series of photos is just too funny.... don't you just wonder what is going thru the neighbor dog's mind??!! (Wouldn't that have made a hilarious video too!)
