Why I Moved to the Country: Reason #1

On a cold December morning, when egg business should be on hiatus,
the Artist found this in the coop this morning, our first egg.

We're thrilled!

And Eli?

Well, here's what the morning prophet of the
Rural Roost has to say.

**UPDATE**

The Girl Twin just discovered egg number 2 in the coop,

and the Male Twin is getting hungry.

~Sunday Blessings to you Friends!~

HI Andrea,

Congrats on those first chicken eggs :) :) I like the rooster call. I have a rooster call on my cell phone, too :) Love and hugs from the ocean shores of California, Heather :)
