Saturday Snap

Winter, it appears, is hanging on for dear life, at least in these parts. While I pretend to agree with everyone around me as they grumble about the arrival of more snow and desperately plead for slow-poke spring to get its act in gear, I'm secretly quite content with the way things are, despite the fact that we are nearing the end of this year's wood supply.

The changing of the guards, so to speak, will happen....all in good time. And, quite frankly, I can wait a little longer before I choke on the hot, humid air of the dog days of summer. Just saying.

Our wood pile is dwindling too. Yeah, not so big on the heat of summer...but I do love me some springtime greenery!
