I am participating in a cookie exchange at my office today.
Exciting, I know!
I decided to go with a really simple recipe, well, because I had to make thirteen dozen. I actually wasn't sure I would even participate, but when I found this recipe, I changed my mind.
I have to thank Elizabeth from Blue Clear Sky for posting this recipe. She is a rare breed; just like me she's a Canadian blogger!
I don't know about you but this photo makes me dizzy.
How's that for photo editing skills. I didn't even see the dizzy button in photoshop.
Sometimes, even I amaze myself.
They're called confetti squares and there are only four ingredients in these.
That's right, count'em...F-O-U-R!
The Artist helped me make these. Not surprised are you?
He did all the grunt work like the stirring and the cutting.
I did the shopping, the measuring and the packaging.
Equally as important but cushy jobs, none the less.
Be sure to pay Elizabeth a visit, say hello and get the low down on the recipe.
Tomorrow, I'll share what I received in exchange for our efforts the Artists hard work.
Be well friends!

That photo made me feel funny! Hee.
I can't believe you would need to make 13 dozen cookies...thats a lot of cookies!
Oh, those do sound easy! No faster than I'm moving lately, I'd better stick to *SIMPLE*! Thanks for sharing. Will check Elizabeth's blog out too. -Tammy
Hi Andrea, I just read that you want to learn to crochet this winter. Go for it!I'm reinspired after seeing those lovely colour combos to do a colourful granny square afghan. I first learned when I was 10 and have been crocheting on and off since. I can knit, but prefer crocheting. If you need encouragement or advice, just let me know. I would be happy to help.
13 dozen does seem like a lot, but when there's only 4 ingredients, I guess it's do-able! They look really cute. I'm hosting a cookie exchange at my house next Friday. Wish you could come and bring these! :o)
Yum...I'm going to make those this weekend. Thanks!
Jackie
This looks like fun! Four ingredients - what's not to like about that :D
